When you use ActBlue, the information you provide is governed by ActBlue’s own privacy policy, terms, contribution requirements, payment-processing practices, and security procedures. ActBlue states that it collects transaction information related to contributions processed through its platform.

Contribution information may be retained or reported as required by applicable campaign-finance laws. North Carolina candidate committees are subject to contribution, expenditure, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements administered by the State Board of Elections and county boards of elections.

Endorsements, Testimonials, and Submitted Content

When you submit an endorsement, supporter statement, photograph, video, title, or affiliation, the campaign will use it publicly only when permission has been provided.

Approved materials may appear in:

  • The campaign website

  • Printed campaign materials

  • Email communications

  • Videos

  • Advertisements

  • Event presentations

  • Other campaign communications

Submitting content does not guarantee that it will be published.

When a title or organizational affiliation is submitted, the campaign may contact you to confirm whether the endorsement is personal or officially represents an organization.

You may ask the campaign to stop using submitted content in future communications. The campaign will make reasonable efforts to honor that request, although materials already printed, distributed, or previously published may not always be removable.

When you call the campaign, Grasshopper or another connected phone provider may collect:

Voicemails and call records may be available to authorized campaign personnel assigned to the relevant extension.

For your protection, do not leave complete credit-card numbers, bank-account information, Social Security numbers, passwords, confidential court information, or other highly sensitive information in voicemail or text messages.

The campaign does not currently use automatic call recording unless notice is provided and the feature is separately enabled.

Information submitted through website forms may be:
